Trusted Car Care opens at Lunde Auto Sales – Wadena Pioneer Journal
WADENA — Jason Plautz would like vehicle owners to trust the newly opened Trusted Car Care for all their automotive service needs.
Trusted Car Care, a full-service auto repair facility, opened Nov. 11 at Lunde Auto Sales at U.S. Highway 10 and Second Street Southwest in Wadena by the railroad tracks.
“It’s been good,” said Plautz, service adviser at Trusted Car Care. “We’re really pushing the Quick Lube, no appointment necessary, Fridays and Saturdays. No one in the direct area does that, so that’s kind of what our key goal is.”
Trusted Car Care also offers premium quality lubricants and filters; free CARFAX, SiriusXM radio for 90 days, basic fluid top-offs; a full inspection and report; and a price and service guarantee with warranty, according to a

.
“With what we’re doing on the service side, not everyone has money, so we have financing available for the services as well to help everyone out in time of need,” Plautz said.
The 49-year-old Wadena native graduated from Wadena-Deer Creek High School.
“It’s been good and busy so far,” Plautz said of Trusted Car Care. “But we’re always looking for more business and to keep growing.”
Plautz and his wife live by Sebeka and have known Mark Lunde, a pilot and owner of Lunde Auto Sales, for a long time.
“He’s been a close friend of mine, and we’ve been working together in business for quite a while. We did auto financing for probably about four years together where we were kind of glorified traveling loan officers for a company,” Plautz said.
Lunde Auto Sales posted, “We are very excited to have Jason’s years of customer service, sales and automotive experience along with his smiling face to lead our service team. Please stop in and help us welcome Jason!”

“The key to a lot of the service advising is the customer service that I can provide,” Plautz said. “But we do transmissions, we do timings, transfer cases, we do bigger jobs, too, but we’re really pushing the in-and-out, one-day business stuff. That would be great.”
